Before dropping us an email, please read our FAQ to see if you can find an answer below. If not, feel free to email us on: info@whittlebirduk.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

FREE UK delivery - this is usually within 7-10 working days including dispatch and delivery. We ship our free delivery items from our fulfilment centre in Europe. This helps us to keep the cost down however means delivery is a little longer.

Check your junk box. Then check that you have entered your email in correctly. If this does not work, drop us an email and we will resend.

We use a mixture of couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. Check your tracking email for more information.

We work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

If you would like to make an amendment to your order and it has yet to be dispatched, we may be able to help. Drop us an email on info@whittlebirduk.com

Our products tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 48 hours, all parcels will have arrived.

Any missing item from an order, or a damaged order, need to be submitted to us within 14 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately. 

Of course, we accept returns however all postage costs are to be covered by the customer for any unwanted products. Please ensure you use a trackable service as if the parcel gets lost, we will be unable to refund.
