New for 2022 is our amazing Double Rocker It is perfect for the home or garden, is easy to wipe clean and every colour can be matched beautiful to our other soft play sets. 

All of our Soft Play is is trimmed with strong, durable and abrasion-resistant upholstery fabric.

Dimensions: Total Height 45cm, Width 30cm, Length 120cm
Material: Filled with T-21 upholstery foam with hygiene certificate. The foam, with increased density, has a high elasticity and resistance to indentation. 

How long is delivery?

FREE delivery - dispatch is 3-5 working days, and delivery 7-10 working days. We ship our free delivery items from our fulfilment centre in Europe. This helps us to keep the cost down however means delivery is a little longer. 

Which couriers do you use?

We use a mixture of couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. Check your tracking email for more information.

I have made an order but have not received a confirmation email?

Check your junk box. Then check that you have entered your email in correctly. If this does not work, drop us an email and we will resend.

I have only received half of my order?

Our products tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 48 hours, all parcels will have arrived.

My order is missing something/damaged?

Any missing item from an order, or a damaged order, need to be submitted to us within 14 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately. 

I would like to return my order?

Ofcourse, we accept returns however all postage costs are to be covered by the customer for any unwanted products. Please ensure you use a trackable service as if the parcel gets lost, we will be unable to refund.
