Product Details:

- Easy to clean, upholstery fabric which is durable and abrasion resistant
Cleaning:
- Wipe down with a damp cloth or Milton
- NO WASHING MACHINES
- Our soft play is NOT waterproof however can be used outside in dry weather.
How long is delivery?
FREE delivery - this is usually within 7-10 working days including dispatch and delivery. We ship our free delivery items from our fulfilment centre in Europe. This helps us to keep the cost down however means delivery is a little longer.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a mixture of couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. Check your tracking email for more information.
I have made an order but have not received a confirmation email?
Check your junk box. Then check that you have entered your email in correctly. If this does not work, drop us an email and we will resend.

We work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Can I change my order?

I have only received half of my order?
Our products tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 48 hours, all parcels will have arrived.
My order is missing something/damaged?
Any missing item from an order, or a damaged order, need to be submitted to us within 14 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately.
I would like to return my order?
Ofcourse, we accept returns however all postage costs are to be covered by the customer for any unwanted products. Please ensure you use a trackable service as if the parcel gets lost, we will be unable to refund.
The quality of the climb and roll is amazing. My baby is 11 months old and she loves it, since ordering it I have now ordered a ball pit and we can’t wait to it to arrive!!
