- NO WASHING MACHINES
- Our soft play is NOT waterproof however can be used outside in dry weather.
How long is delivery?
FREE delivery - this is usually within 7-10 working days including dispatch and delivery. We ship our free delivery items from our fulfilment centre in Europe. This helps us to keep the cost down however means delivery is a little longer.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a mixture of couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. Check your tracking email for more information.
I have made an order but have not received a confirmation email?
Check your junk box. Then check that you have entered your email in correctly. If this does not work, drop us an email and we will resend.

We work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

I have only received half of my order?
Our products tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 48 hours, all parcels will have arrived.
My order is missing something/damaged?
Any missing item from an order, or a damaged order, need to be submitted to us within 14 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately.
I would like to return my order?
Ofcourse, we accept returns however all postage costs are to be covered by the customer for any unwanted products. Please ensure you use a trackable service as if the parcel gets lost, we will be unable to refund.

I bought this for my little girls 2nd birthday. She has Down Syndrome and struggles with hypermobility so I bought her this to help strengthen her muscles and improve her coordination and concentration and wow, in just a few weeks she's gone from shuffling down the slide holding my hand to sliding herself down head first! Her strength has improved greatly already and she absolutely loves playing on it and pushing her dollies down it. Best thing I've ever bought for her and I've reccomened to all my friends in the DS community ❤️
My little girl absolutely loves this. She can play with it for hours and doesn’t get bored. I was worried about her climbing over the arch part of the soft play but it is made so well and of such high quality that it’s so sturdy and strong. The colours are beautiful and the material is very easy just to wipe clean! Would really recommend this to anyone with toddlers!
