How long is delivery?

FREE delivery - dispatch is 3-5 working days, and delivery 7-10 working days. We ship our free delivery items from our fulfilment centre in Europe. This helps us to keep the cost down however means delivery is a little longer.

I have only received half of my order?

Our products tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 48 hours, all parcels will have arrived.

My order is missing something/damaged?

Any missing item from an order, or a damaged order, need to be submitted to us within 14 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately.

I would like to return my order?

Ofcourse, we accept returns however all postage costs are to be covered by the customer for any unwanted products. Please ensure you use a trackable service as if the parcel gets lost, we will be unable to refund.

Products are fabulous customer service is shocking!

I’ve made lots of orders with this company the product themselves are of high quality. Unfortunately I won’t be using this company again in future. I’d mistakenly order a piece of equipment I already have in September. I emailed with in the 2 hour time frame to cancel the order. They didn’t get back to me and sent the item despite me cancelling the order. It was my mistake so decided to return the item the same day with the same delivery driver. Weeks pass so I get in touch with them to track the parcel and give me a refund. They explained they have asked the parcel company to send the item back to me and for me to arrange collection with them. I’ve been dealing with this rigmarole since September, we are now in November! I’ve still not received a refund and they don’t respond to problems as quick as they do sales. I’m so saddened to have to write this, I don’t make a habit of giving businesses bad press however my patience has run out and I’m sick of being ignored when trying to resolve this mistake! I’m now over £100 down and no product!

Fabulous 1st birthday present, big enough for older brother to share the fun.
This is the second one I’ve bought. My other grandson still get pleasure with his at nearly 3. Only downside is picking up all the balls that end up round the room!
