Each element is trimmed with super soft upholstery fabric, the covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C.

How long is delivery?
FREE delivery - dispatch is 3-5 working days, and delivery 7-10 working days. We ship our free delivery items from our fulfilment centre in Europe. This helps us to keep the cost down however means delivery is a little longer.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a mixture of couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. Check your tracking email for more information.

I have only received half of my order?
Our products tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 48 hours, all parcels will have arrived.
My order is missing something/damaged?
Any missing item from an order, or a damaged order, need to be submitted to us within 14 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately.
I would like to return my order?
Ofcourse, we accept returns however all postage costs are to be covered by the customer for any unwanted products. Please ensure you use a trackable service as if the parcel gets lost, we will be unable to refund.

Wish I had purchased one sooner. I’ve looked at other much more expensive brands before and couldn’t justify the price tag. This one was a reasonable price for the size and my kids (2,4,6) absolutely love it. They’ve used it as a sofa/bed to have film afternoons and had countless fun making dens and forts.
Really great sofa, the children play with it everyday. The communication from the team was excellent, answered my query really quickly during the busy run up to Christmas. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend 👌

My two children who are constantly jumping and taking the cushions off my sofa to create dens and things to jump on now have their very own play sofa which can be turned into so much more. they have played with this every single day since they got it and have asked for another set so we can build bigger and better dens. 100% yes. we will be saving up for another one!
