Each element is trimmed with super soft upholstery fabric, the covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C.

How long is delivery?
FREE delivery - this is usually within 7-10 working days including dispatch and delivery. We ship our free delivery items from our fulfilment centre in Europe. This helps us to keep the cost down however means delivery is a little longer.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a mixture of couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. Check your tracking email for more information.
I have made an order but have not received a confirmation email?
Check your junk box. Then check that you have entered your email in correctly. If this does not work, drop us an email and we will resend.

I have only received half of my order?
Our products tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 48 hours, all parcels will have arrived.
My order is missing something/damaged?
Any missing item from an order, or a damaged order, need to be submitted to us within 14 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately.
I would like to return my order?
Ofcourse, we accept returns however all postage costs are to be covered by the customer for any unwanted products. Please ensure you use a trackable service as if the parcel gets lost, we will be unable to refund.

A great little set, my grandson is going to enjoy making dens with this. Big enough to make lots of things but small enough to store in his bedroom. Delivery was prompt and item is good quality.
Love this sofa! There’s so many ways it can be played with! I knew my 2 boys would love it and they do! It’s really good quality and really nice fabric too, would definitely recommend, it’s an expensive piece but I know we will get our monies worth! We’ve previously bought a soft play set too from whittlebird and again it’s an expense but we’ve had that 3 years now and still looks almost new and gets played with all the time even after 3 years!
We had been looking for a sofa for the playroom and found this. Our kids are delighted that we did!
Pros:
1) It is lightweight. Our toddlers can move about and turn into a den/car garage/doctor's surgery.
2) The cushion covers are easily removed for washing
3) When it is used as a seat, it is comfortable although soft
4) Zips are "internal" making it harder for ittle fingers
Cons:
1) Although they look square, the seat cushions aren't so when the covers are off, it's a bit fiddly to get them back in the correct orientation
2) It is small for anyone bigger than toddlers/young children
All in all, a very good product and fits our needs perfectly
