Each element is trimmed with super soft upholstery fabric, the covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C.

How long is delivery?
FREE delivery - this is usually within 7-10 working days including dispatch and delivery. We ship our free delivery items from our fulfilment centre in Europe. This helps us to keep the cost down however means delivery is a little longer.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a mixture of couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. Check your tracking email for more information.
I have made an order but have not received a confirmation email?
Check your junk box. Then check that you have entered your email in correctly. If this does not work, drop us an email and we will resend.

I have only received half of my order?
Our products tend to come in multiple shipments, so please read your tracking information to see how many parcels you should be expecting. Sometimes, parcels get split up in transit, so may arrive within a few days of each other. Wait a few days before getting in touch as usually within 48 hours, all parcels will have arrived.
My order is missing something/damaged?
Any missing item from an order, or a damaged order, need to be submitted to us within 14 working days to ensure we can fully investigate and rectify any issues immediately.
I would like to return my order?
Ofcourse, we accept returns however all postage costs are to be covered by the customer for any unwanted products. Please ensure you use a trackable service as if the parcel gets lost, we will be unable to refund.

Great gift for my 3yr old boy who is super creative and love jumping, we parents also love it and have family movies on sofa very good quality, and definitely money well spend.
This play sofa has exceeded my expectations. The material on the cushions is just right to be soft and yet have enough grip to stack and play with easily. The many different cushions provide lots of options for building and play. The foam is just right - enough support to be comfortable for an adult sitting on it but soft enough to be comfortable and cosy. We absolutely love it!
